Singer Island’s 5000 North Ocean Receives Two Excel Awards from the Southeastern Builder’s Conference

Kolter Urban, developer of 5000 North Ocean on Singer Island, was honored by the Southeastern Builders Conference with top awards in two prestigious marketing categories. The 2017 Excel Awards were recently announced at the 39th Annual Conference held at the Gaylord Palms Resort & Conference Center in Orlando.
5000 North Ocean took home the top awards for Best Sales Office and Best Newspaper ad or insert for a developer. The oceanfront sales gallery opened last year to showcase Kolter Urban’s new oceanfront condominium in the Palm Beaches. The Sales Gallery’s interior design, by Bob Martin of The Decorator’s Unlimited, showcases an architectural scale model and full-size kitchen reflecting the sleek European-style interior finishes and fixtures planned for the community.
The award-winning multi-page newspaper insert was written and produced by Cotton & Company. The industry-leading firm placed the colorful insert in the Wall Street Journal throughout Florida and the northeast to introduce prospective homebuyers to this limited oceanfront opportunity. High-gloss photo realistic renderings provided a glimpse into the future for this planned luxury property. The newspaper insert also showcased dramatic photography of Kolter Urban’s recently completed Water Club North Palm Beach. This multi-tower waterfront development completed construction of its first two towers last year. A third tower is scheduled to be released later this year as Phase II gets underway.
The Excel Awards honors those builders, commercial contractors, craftsman, Realtors®, marketing, media and advertising professionals who make major contributions to the residential homebuilding and commercial construction industry through superior, innovative and creative sales and marketing.
“We’re just getting ready to break ground on 5000 North Ocean on Singer Island,” says Bob Vail, President of Kolter Urban. “We’re proud of the team’s accomplishments thus far as it sets the tone for the level of excellence we have designed into every aspect of the community.”
The 5000 North Ocean Sales Gallery is located directly on the oceanfront site of the future condominium, commanding breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean. The on-site sales team is available by appointment on a daily basis to preview the four flow-through floor plans, offering both east and west views from expansive private terraces, residents will enjoy views of both the Intracoastal Waterway and the ocean.
5000 North Ocean’s distinctive architectural design was created by the firms of Randall Stofft Architects and BC Architects, AIA, Inc. The tropical modern design of Kolter’s new 19-story tower is surrounded by a 4.5 acre private sanctuary offering the widest view corridor’s available on Singer Island and a unique private beach oasis along the dune line. The 48 private residences are priced from $2 million.
