Kolter Group wants approval to replace a 57-year-old apartment on Singer Island with its Harbor Point condominium right on the beach.

The Riviera Beach Planning and Zoning Board will consider the application for the project by KT 5000 LLC, an affiliate of West Palm Beach-based Kolter, on Thursday night. It would build a 19-story, 48-unit condo with 117 parking spaces.

The building would total 199,799 square feet and include an amenity deck with a pool, club room and fitness center. The units would have two and three bedrooms.

Kolter bought the existing four-story, 37-unit building for $15 million in 2015. It’s located on 4.4 acres at 5000 North Ocean Drive.

Harbor Point was designed by BC Architects.

The Singer Island condo market is mostly for second homes and retirees.
