CONSTRUCTION PROGRESSS AT 5000 NORTH OCEAN

SINGER ISLAND – Residents of Singer Island are noticing something visibly different along A1A at the private north end of the barrier island. Kolter Urban has begun construction on 5000 North Ocean, the highly-anticipated oceanfront tower located directly on the shores of the Palm Beaches and just north of the Palm Beach Inlet. 5000 North Ocean will introduce a style of living that takes full advantage of its prime oceanfront location and easy access to the PGA Boulevard corridor.

The contemporary designed tower and its resort-style amenities boast 341 feet of direct oceanfront shoreline. The tower is centrally located on nearly 4.5 acres, of which nearly two-thirds will remain in its natural state. An architecturally-distinct private gated entrance will become a signature landmark along A1A upon completion of construction. Upon completion of the high-capacity piling work which provides the structural support for the new 19-story luxury tower, the foundation concrete pour was completed in mid-February. “Baker Concrete, the concrete formwork subcontractor, is moving quickly with the completion of the foundation,” says John Grimaldi, Kolter’s project manager. “5000 North Ocean’s tower will start to take shape over the next two months.” In addition to providing 48 expansive private residences, a multi-level parking garage, arrival deck, and Porté Cochere are planned. The design, which takes full advantage of the project’s Atlantic Ocean and Intracoastal Views, was born from the collaboration between Randall Stofft Architects and BC Architects, with BC Architects taking the lead on the construction drawings. Construction is scheduled for completion in the fall of 2019.

Kast Construction, has completed site preparations and land clearing for the building. Headquartered in Palm Beach County, Florida, Kolter has introduced a vision for luxury that is continually raising expectations for homebuyers and establishing new standards for the industry.
